If your last name begins with A through H please bring a salad and J through Y a dessert. This has always worked well in the past. Hope to see you there it’s always enjoyable.

We were updated on long time member, Kay Briggs, who is now at the American House Farmington Hills, 24400 Middlebelt Rd. Farm Hls. 48334.  I’m sure she would appreciate hearing from members.

2006 GARDEN WALK – The Garden Walk is fast approaching and things need to be finalized.  If you haven’t signed up to be a hostess in one of the gardens, please call Marge Perry. We need at least 16 hostesses so we all need to pitch in.  Take a chair with you to the garden.

We are asking the members to donate cookies for our ‘complimentary refreshments’.  We would like them to either be home made or bakery cookies, large.  There will be a sign-up sheet at the June meeting.  Please be sure you sign up.

We also need mason jars filled with flowers for our centerpieces on the tables.  If you have mason jars but no flowers or flowers but no mason jars, please call me.

As part of the theme of ‘A Garden Party’ it would be nice if we could all wear harts, large brimmed sun hats.

Our next meeting will be on June 8 at 10 a.m. at the Visitors Center at Heritage Park.
